We host intimate coastal wedding ceremonies with exclusive use of Arbutus Cove Retreat. Venue fees vary by season, and accommodations are quoted separately based on your stay details.
Arbutus Cove Retreat is best suited to couples seeking a ceremony that is intentionally intimate, outdoors, and in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
Peak Season
July – August- Long summer days, warm evenings, and the most vibrant coastal atmosphere with limited availability.
High Season
June & September- Beautiful light, comfortable temperatures, and a relaxed pace just outside peak summer months.
Shoulder Season
may & october- Softer light, fewer visitors, and an unhurried intimate feel for couples seeking quiet moments.
Low Season
November - April- A calm, atmospheric setting focused on connection and simplicity, ideal for intimate coastal ceremonies.
What Your Wedding Includes at Arbutus Cove Retreat
Exclusive property access
Enjoy complete privacy with exclusive use of the entire retreat for your wedding ceremony, accommodating up to 80 guests on site.
Luxury on-site accommodations
Host up to 20 of your closest friends and family in our beautifully appointed suites, designed with warm coastal charm and comfort. A minimum two-night stay allows time to settle in, connect, and celebrate together.
A naturally stunning setting
Exchange vows surrounded by rugged coastal beauty, with full access to our private beach for quiet waterfront moments and unforgettable photographs.
Oceanfront sauna & hot tub
Enhance your wedding stay with access to our glass-panel oceanfront sauna and saltwater hot tub — ideal for unwinding before or after your celebration.
WHAT YOUR VENUE FEE INCLUDES
Event Insurance
Liability coverage is included, naming Arbutus Cove Retreat as an insured party.
Guest Facilities
Two portable washrooms with hand-wash station are provided for guest comfort.
Setup & Cleanup Access
Day-before access for setup and day-after access for cleanup, by arrangement.
Parking
On-site parking is available for up to approximately 25 vehicles.
Wedding Reception Option
For couples wishing to continue their celebration beyond the ceremony, a separate reception venue is available on the neighbouring property. This allows for a dedicated space to gather, dine, and celebrate, while preserving the quiet, respectful atmosphere of Arbutus Cove Retreat.
